I work in Trzebiatów, as well as in hospitals in Kamień Pomorski and Świnoujście.

Polish colleagues always help me if I ask them for help. There has never been a situation where they refused. Such a friendly attitude makes you happy and inspires you to work positively.

Yes. There is a pediatrician from Tajikistan in the clinic where I work, and in hospitals there are doctors from Ukraine and Belarus.

Now, in Poland, it is possible to obtain a permit to perform the professional duties of a doctor for a period of five years in connection with the COVID-19 epidemic. It took me about 3-4 months to get permission with all the nuances. Then there is also nostrification, but that’s another story … 🙂

It’s hard when you lie in a wooden box two meters underground, and everything else is life … You have to work and overcome various difficulties if you want to achieve something in this life, and not go the easy way.

I can say that there are many people who help with various issues, because everyone is responsible for their own area. Mr. Waldemar helps with various medical documents, and Mr. Mateusz, Mrs. Ewelina, Karolina and Paulina help with various legal, home and hospital issues.

The combination of life factors meant that it was necessary to look for something better, with good earnings and a perspective for the future of children. I can say that with the onset of the epidemic and the birth of my daughter, it gave me a serious foam to act, because previously only my wife and I talked about moving to another country. Why Poland? Since this country is linguistically and mentally similar to Ukraine, my wife and I chose Poland.

I am already doing it and I urge my colleagues from Ukraine to move to Poland, because here working conditions and wages are hundreds of times better than in Ukraine.
